Swarnendu holds an MBA with a focus on Strategic Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His experience spans business development, operations, sales and marketing across Asian markets. He brings that commercial background to the development of long-term manufacturing and export partnerships.
Nguyen Huong Xuan
Co-Founder & Director, Oceans Republic
Xuan has experience in Vietnam’s government sector and green businesses, following more than eight years with the Vietnam army. She supports local craftspeople, staff development and opportunities for women within the company.
From product detail to buyer support
Gracey Nguyen
Sales Director, Oceans Republic
Gracey has a background in international sales and marketing and a degree in Business Management from an Australian university. She supports buyer discussions around specifications, sampling, quotations and order planning.
Nguyen Van Hien
Product and Technical Manager, Oceans Republic
With more than 20 years of experience in AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS, Hien develops product drawings and CNC cutting designs. He also helps train machine operators and craftspeople.
Nguyen Thao
QC Manager, Oceans Republic
Thao manages quality checks from incoming materials through machining, finishing and export packing. Her focus is consistency with each buyer’s approved sample and product specification.
