A paddle shape with useful handling details
The handle gives a paddle serving board a recognisable outline and a convenient way to carry or display it. The working area, handle length and hanging hole should be dimensioned separately when developing a custom teak cutting board.
Our solid teak paddle board measures 35 × 20 × 2.5 cm. Include the product name and dimensions in your inquiry. For another profile or size, provide a drawing showing the complete outline and whether overall length includes the handle. The photographs illustrate factory paddle profiles; the approved sample defines your exact item.
Single-piece and edge-glued solid teak
Our solid teak board programs can use a single continuous piece or edge-glued solid teak strips. The proposed method depends on board dimensions, timber availability, appearance requirements and target price. Confirm it in the quotation and sample rather than assuming every solid-wood board is single-piece.
Edge-glued is an assembly description. It does not automatically mean edge-grain construction; the orientation of the wood strips determines which grain surface faces up. See our board construction guide for a practical comparison.

Custom teak boards with logo and retail packaging
Review juice grooves, hanging holes, rounded corners and edge profiles with the intended board thickness. Send vector artwork for laser engraving and identify the logo size and position relative to the handle, groove and retail pack.
A teak paddle board can be supplied as a cutting, serving or gift item according to the agreed design and finish. State its intended food-contact use and the documents needed for the destination. Sleeves, kraft boxes, printed gift boxes and care inserts can be reviewed through the OEM packaging guide.
Approve timber appearance and sourcing information
Teak has natural grain and colour variation. Approve a representative visual range, the proposed strip layout where relevant and the finishing appearance. Request the botanical species, source-country information and the supporting timber records required for your order.
Record the required dimensions, flatness and surface quality, including the handle and hole edges. Agree the inspection scope before production so product review covers both the working surface and the features that customers touch.
Choose a teak paddle board or develop a custom profile
The catalogue MOQ for this teak paddle board is 1,000 pieces per item. Custom packaging or a new timber requirement can affect the practical minimum and schedule. Send the quantity, drawing or product photo, logo, packaging brief and destination to receive an item-specific quotation.
Typical bulk planning is 30–45 days after material, sample and artwork approval. Material availability and the final product specification determine the confirmed schedule. Compare with our acacia versus teak sourcing guide if you are choosing the wood for a new range.
Before you request a quotation.
Are all solid teak cutting boards single-piece?
No. Solid teak can be supplied as a continuous piece or as solid teak strips joined into a panel. The quoted construction and approved sample identify the method for your order.
Can the handle or hanging hole be changed?
Yes, subject to review of the outline, thickness and material. Dimension the handle length, width, transitions and hole in the drawing.
Can I order the photographed profile in another size?
Send the requested dimensions and profile reference. The images show design possibilities; custom dimensions, construction, MOQ and price are confirmed in the quotation.
