Information you choose to provide
A wholesale or OEM inquiry may include your name, company, business email, phone number, country, product requirements, order quantity, destination, website and any files you choose to upload. Only submit information and technical files you are authorized to share.
RFQ form submissions
The website uses Wix Forms to receive RFQs directly. A successful submission is stored in the website’s form-submission system, and contact fields may create or update a business contact record so our team can respond to the inquiry.
Uploaded drawings and reference files
If you attach a drawing, reference image, document or archive, the file is uploaded and associated with the RFQ submission. Do not upload confidential third-party material unless you have permission to share it.
How inquiry information is used
Project information is used to review manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations, discuss sampling and production, communicate about the requested product and, when an order proceeds, support order and shipment administration.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us using WhatsApp or email instead of the RFQ form, your message is handled through that communication service rather than the website form. Use the channel appropriate for the information you wish to share.
